SCHOOL’S out for summer so why not treat the family to a fantastic day out at Rockingham and enjoy two days of the best of British club racing.
The Northamptonshire circuit hosts the first of two top club race meetings this summer when the British Racing and Sports Car Club visit over the weekend of July 18/19.
The race card features the LMA Euro Saloon & Sports Cars, Alfashop Alfa Romeo, Formula Three and Porsche 924 championships, the Motor Lawyers Fiat Racing Challenge and the Open Sportscar Series plus the awesome Pickup Truck Championship.
The entertainment won’t be confined to the track and there will be plenty for all the family to enjoy, including face painters, temporary tattooist, Rockingham simulators and entertainment from Corby FM Radio. General admission includes access to an open paddock and a free grandstand seat.
Families can enjoy this feast of motor racing for as little as £10 per adult if they’ve been to see a race meeting in 2009 at Rockingham or any other *MSA licensed UK circuit. Just bring your old tickets along to receive £5 off the Sunday (race day) gate admission price.
But don’t worry if you haven’t got an old ticket, in addition to the generous child admission policy in which children aged 15 and under get in for free, Rockingham has also frozen ticket prices for its club race meetings.

Spectators can save up to 20 per cent on adult admission prices by booking in advance online at rockingham.co.uk. Tickets cost £18 for the weekend, £12 for Sunday or £8 for Saturday.
If you’re not online, they can also be booked by calling the ticket hotline on 01536 500500. Adult tickets will be available on the gate and will cost £20 for the weekend, £15 on Sunday or £10 on Saturday.
