Whilton Mill, 4-5 July
Alexander Albon dominated the weekend, heading all his races. Sennan Fielding, Guilherme Silva and Jordan King followed on in both finals. Jake Dennis, who came into the meeting leading the championship, left three points in arrears. He briefly held third in the first final, but just didn’t have the pace and fell to fifth, managing to repell a challenge by Xavier Warburton, whilst Albon cruised into a four second win. The second final was punctuated by two red flag stoppages to clear accidents, and after the second the Clerk called time. Dennis had fallen to seventh by then, with Jordan King taking fourth.
