Event on Valencia Street Circuit Cancelled This YearGT Sport Working On Replacing Round

GT Sport Organización today announced that 5th round of the International GT Open, which was initially scheduled to take place in the Valencia Street Circuit on August 29-30, has been cancelled.

 This year, unfortunately, it will not be possible for the Valencia Street Circuit to remain operational beyond the F.1 Grand Prix.

GT Sport intends to keep an 8-event calendar for 2009 and is working to replace the VSC round in the second half of the season. GT Sport is already considering different venue and date options that could grant the usual standards of the International GT Open.
