Close qualifying - overshadowed by a nasty accident in Q2 with Felipe Massa when he went off the track at high speed after being hit by debris from Barrichello's Brawn. Thankfully he seems ok - and it was reported that Rubens went to see Felipe in the medical centre and he was talking.

Bit of a farce in Q3 - timing screens went down so there confusion for a while on who had pole for a while!

Interesting that Eddie Jordan on TV before qualifying stated that Fernando had said this morning he was going to be on pole - big performance jump from Renault and brilliant execution by Fernando - wonder how much fuel he is running...?
