(SPEEDWAY 3) SWINDON boss Alun Rossiter has slammed reports suggesting the club are closeto signing Edinburgh's Swedish ace Thomas H Jonasson.Rossiter has admitted the club have registered their interest in the riderwho won rave reviews during his time with the Scottish side.Said Rossiter: "We have a great relationship with Edinburgh and I don't wanta press report to jeapordise that. We are interested and that's as far as itgoes at this stage."

NEWPORT have confirmed the signing of Swedish teenager Kim Nilsson for the2010 season.He joins fellow countryman Jonas Andersson and New Zealand talent GrantTregoning in the Wasps side for their second season back in the PremierLeague.Wasps chief Nick Mallett said: "'I went out to Sweden in October and wasvery impressed by Kim's dedication in the workshop and his general focus onsucceeding."

GLASGOW have announced that Josh Grajczonek will return for his third seasonwith the club.The 19-year-old Aussie is the second name on the Tigers team sheet for 2010with James Grieves having already signed.Grajczonek said: "I will be looking to increase my average next season andbeing with Glasgow gives me the best chance of achieving that. Movingelsewhere is not something I was even considering."
