 (SPEEDWAY 1) REDCAR have confirmed Slovenian star Maks Gregoric as the first name on their 2010 teamsheet. Gregoric was a big hit with Bears fans during a brief spell with the club last month. Boss Brian Havelock said: "He's agreed the deal we've put to him and we've now got a sponsor on board on top of that too. He did very well when he came over and we're delighted he's coming back." (SPEEDWAY 2) POOLE owner Matt Ford has admitted Jason Doyle could be in his plans for next season. But the Australian will need to prove his fitness after missing the entire 2009 campaign with a shoulder injury. Said Ford: "I've been in contact with Jason in the last three weeks. In fact, we've been in contact over the last year.. He's one of the riders I'll be looking at with a view to offering a 2010 contract."

(SPEEDWAY 3)MATT Ford has slammed speculation linking his Poole side with a move for Coventry’s British Champion Chris Harris.The Pirates owner has admitted he made an enquiry for the Cornishman six-years ago – but not now.He said: “He’s a fine rider but the Coventry fans should sleep easily at night knowing I have made no overtures to sign Chris since he was a Trelawny rider in 2003.”(SPEEDWAY 4)IPSWICH are hoping to reshape the Foxhall Stadium track in time for the 2010 season.Witches rider-manager Chris Louis has revealed the work will cost in the region of £20,000 which will have to be found through sponsorship.He said: "Ideally, we want to get it sorted by Christmas and if so the new track should be in use for the start of the new season."
