Davide Valsecchi has finished fourth in the GP2 Main Series race-2 held today at Istanbul Park Circuit.

An important result, which allowed Davide to be the driver that scored the most number of points in the Turkish weekend, and at the same time to take the sixth place in the championship standings.

"At the first corner I overtook one car - Davide said - and in the first laps I had a good pace. I passed Herck and after the technical problem that stop Vietoris I found myself in fourth place behind Van der Garde.  I tried the attack one time, but our pace lap was very similar, and I had not a real chance to pass him without taking excessive risks. I am very happy with the result of this weekend".

The next round of the GP2 Main Series will be in Valencia
