Rounds 5 & 6: Nutts Corner, 29/30 May Local knowledge carried Charlie Eastwood to his maiden StingrayRV MSA British Junior Kart Championship victories at Nutts Corner. Sennan Fielding challenged Eastwood for victory in the first final but was thwarted by a lost chain, ultimately finishing in third place after losing the runner-up spot to Jake Dennis. Meanwhile Harrison Scott produced a storming drive to rise as high as third before losing out on the last lap and crossing the line in seventh.Ben Barnicoat was Eastwood’s closest challenger in the second final but could not prevent the latter from securing his second victory of the weekend with a commanding lights-to-flag performance.Matthew Graham held third for much of the running but faded to fifth at the flag.
