POOLE No.1 Chris Holder believes the arm injury he sustained in the Torun Grand Prix on Saturday could keep him out for a fortnight.A broken arm was feared when Holder fell in his fourth ride and was clipped by the following Greg Hancock, but x-rays showed no breaks and Holder is now battling to be fit for the Pirates' home match against Coventry next Wednesday. He said: "They tell me nothing is broken. I can move the arm and I am not afraid to move it but it is very sore indeed. "They (the Polish medics) are telling me it is muscle damage. It looks as though it will be a couple of weeks though before I can ride again but I am pleased it's not a bone break."Poole fans were given a further scare when Artur Mroczka also crashed in the GP, ironically when he was replacing Holder, but he returned to action in the Polish League the following day.(SPEEDWAY 2)BELLE Vue moved back into the Elite League play-off zone with a 55-35 home win over Eastbourne on Monday. The Aces are now ahead of Peterborough with the two sides set to meet in a vital clash at the Showground on Friday. They were only four points ahead of the Eagles after nine races but then recorded three straight 5-1s to move clear, Hans Andersen top-scoring with14 points.Manager Chris Morton said: "It was a real team performance and I was pleased with the way we turned the match our way in the later races. The win put us back into a play-off place but we must improve our away results if we are to stay there."
