Second pole position for the Porsche Panamera

Second participation in the Superstars International Series and second pole position for the Porsche Panamera S by N.Technology. Fabrizio Giovanardi took the pole position during today qualifying session at the Paul Ricard circuit in France. The two races of tomorrow will see on track cars from the most important brands of world.

The results of today confirm, on a track with different technical characteristics from Mugello, the excellent quality of the Porsche Panamera S project as well as the one of all the developments introduced on the second Porsche Panamera S car at the debut here. Moreover the performance has been obtained, with a 30 Kgs handicap weight, at driver and car first ever time at the Paul Ricard, circuit with long straights and wide corners that outline the mechanical and aerodynamic balance of the car as well as the engine performances.

"I am extremely happy and satisfied for today pole position!" Giovanardi declared "It's a very important one that comes immediately after the victory at Mugello. It's the right prize for all the team members who worked very hard in the last weeks. Today's session was very tough, I did my best and the team strategy perfect. We are all very close and tomorrow will be - as usual - real fight on track."

The two races tomorrow - of 25 minutes plus one lap each - will be broadcasted live on television by La 7. Start at 11.30 (Race 1) and 16.15 (Race 2).
