Bruno Senna returns to scene of Ayrton’s greatest triumphs

Hispania Racing driver looking forward to Suzuka

With the Formula One 2010 season entering the final races of an exhilarating season, Brazilian Bruno Senna is aiming to impress on a track synonymous with his late uncle Ayrton Senna.

The Suzuka circuit is one of the most famous tracks in the Formula One race calendar, and the scene of many Championship-deciding performances. The 5.807km circuit is one of the few in the world to have a figure 8 layout, and Bruno is aware of the challenge posed by the track’s various high speed corners.

"The Suzuka circuit is one of the drivers’ favourite tracks, and I’m looking forward to racing it for the first time. It demands a lot of the drivers and cars, offering different types of corners. It is going to be very important to find a good and consistent rhythm in the car.

All the drivers will need to be really focused, especially in the first seven corners where if you make a mistake, you’ll really pay on your lap time.

I’m ready for a tough race, but believe that this can be a successful weekend for the team. We have worked hard since Singapore, and I think we can be competitive with the teams around us. I am determined to get a good result for the team on Sunday."
