Lotus ART's Valtteri Bottas has inherited the lead of the GP3 Series(tm) drivers' standings after Alexander Sims was excluded from the Budapest Race 1 results.The Status Grand Prix driver was excluded from the race due to the car not complying with the provisions of the 2011 GP3 Series(tm) technical regulations. Sims had initially finished fifth in today's event, pocketing four points, enough to keep him three points ahead of Bottas in the Standings. Following Sims' exclusion, the Finn is now leading by two points on the British driver.Sims will now start Race 2  from the back of the grid.
