Argentinean driver competes this coming weekend at Spa-Francorchamps, fourth meeting of 2011 season and it means the halfway point for Italian Formula 3 championship. Team Ghinzani´s driver considers Belgian track one of his favorites.

Facu Regalia approaches a new meeting for Italian Formula 3 championship, where this young Argentinean ace drives a singleseater lined up by Team Ghinzani. Fourth meeting of 2011 season is held at Spa-Francorchamps, a very famous track and over seven kilometers long. Regalia hits halfway point in Belgium, and Spa-Francorchamps means too the only one in schedule outside Italy.

Regalia, just before to travel to Belgium, explained: “Spa-Fracorchamps is a venue long awaited for me. It´s one of my favorite tracks, really fast, it has a good number of challenging corners and gradient changes. I am very confident, because I made a good test session there in June and I was again the fastest man on the track during collective test held at Adria”. Also, his Dallara-FPT is more suitable for his driving style, Regalia says: “we solved my car´s understeer. We made a good job during last test day, and both my team and I were encouraged after my podium at Imola. We want to keep improving”.

Spa-Francorchamps is programed on 5th-7th August, and track activities begin on Friday, when there are two free practice sessions and qualifying, this one 16.45 (CET). First race is on Saturday at 16.20 and second one is on Sunday at 10.20, both around thirty minutes long.
