Sirotkin Extends Formula Abarth European Championship Lead in Spa
15-year-old Russian Sergey Sirotkin comfortably took his first ever 'Race One' victory at a dry Spa having arrived with a new Formula Abarth car/team following a mutually settled switch from Jenzer to EuroNova for the remainder of 2011.Qualifying - 3rd PositionConditions were dry for the session as Sirotkin acclimatized to his new team, in the dying seconds he was 2nd when pipped by 19-year-old Niederhauser by 1/1000th of a second, nevertheless his best qualifying of 2011. Sirotkin commented, "I'm pleased with my performance. The handling of this car feels amazing and I am comfortable here.
