Grand American Road RacingAssociation announced today that Fox Sports en Español will broadcast the2004 Grand American Rolex Sports Car Series. Each of the 12 races will airas one-hour highlight shows on Saturday afternoons at 2 p.m. ET.
"We are thrilled to announce that Fox Sports en Español will broadcast theRolex Series races this season. Grand American is working to increase itsfan base in the Hispanic community, and we believe that these broadcast onFox Sports en Español will further that initiative," said Grand AmericanPresident Roger Edmondson. "This season, we have seen an influx of driversfrom Mexico and South America into the Rolex Series, where they are alreadyproving to be very successful."
Fox Sports en Español will premiere its Rolex Series coverage withhighlights from the Rolex 24 At Daytona on Saturday, March 20, followed bythe Grand Prix of Miami on Saturday, March 27.

The race broadcasts on Fox Sports en Español are part of Grand American'scontinuing relationship with SPEED Channel, the exclusive North Americanbroadcaster of the Rolex Series in English.
