BRITISH Youth bosses have announced the draw for the British Under-21 Semi-Final at Plymouth on Saturday March 16.Seven places are up for grabs to join the nine seeded riders in the Dudley-staged Final on Tuesday April 23.GB co-boss Neil Vatcher said: Its an exciting group of youngsters, including three ridersJake Knight, Adam Ellis and Josh Bateswho will all be making their Premier League debuts this season.We have Dudleys two 15-year-olds Max Clegg and double British Youth Champion Nathan Greaves, so along with Dan Greenwood Im sure theyll have some support from the magnificent Heathens supporters.Connor Coles should have support at Plymouth too, being the son of Exeter legend Michael, and the meeting also includes Plymouth asset Danny Stoneman, whilst Im sure Liam Carr and Richard Andrews will both be out to impress National League promoters as they are still looking for a team place for the coming season.

KINGS Lynn have completed their National League line-up by confirming the return of Jake Knight to the Norfolk Arena.Knight, who will also ride for Sheffield in the Premier League this year, takes his place in a Young Stars side which manager Dale Allitt believes has great potential.Allitt said: On the 5.93 average he comes back on, I think he is he best rider in the league. He showed at the end of last year that he can improve and we are expecting that this year.I believe that this team is the best we have had since we have been running National League at King's Lynn. When I look at the other teams in the league I think we are as good as anyone this year.

COVENTRY will welcome back former skipper Chris Harris for their season-opening Brandonapolis next month.Harris has switched to rivals Birmingham for the 2013 Elite League campaign but will ride in the individual event on March 15, with the events most recent winners Linus Sundstrom and Hans Andersen also included.Coventrys top three for the coming seasonKrzysztof Kasprzak, Scott Nicholls and Grzegorz Zengotahave also been named along with Danish duo Kenneth Bjerre and Bjarne Pedersen.Promoter Mick Horton said: I wanted Bomber to come back for the Brandonapolis, and Im sure he will want to show everyone what they might be missing this season! But hell get a good welcome back and with the other riders confirmed its coming together nicely.
