Barwell Motorsport is aiming to join the Porsche Carrera Cup GB at the second weekend of the season at Brands Hatch (24/25 April).

The team, which was one of the race-winning teams in the 2003 Carrera Cup, has just taken ownership of a 911 GT3 Cup car and is keen to talk to drivers about the balance of the season or one-off drives at individual events.

Although the car will not be ready for the opening races at Thruxton (10/11 April), the crew at Barwell will have it in the team's customary immaculate condition for the Brands races and then the rest of the Carrera Cup season.
