Prema hat-trick in Spa FR 2.0 ALPS test

The Formula Renault 2.0 ALPS Spa-Francorchamps weekend begun under the Prema sign. On the Belgian track it was Bruno Bonifacios turn to set the fastest time in yesterdays collective testing session. The Brazilian clocked 219.305, lapping four tenths better than 2011 pole. Behind him his teammates Antonio Fuoco, slower by 0.320, and Luca Ghiotto.Below the 220 mark also the Russian Egor Orudzhev (Tech1 Racing) and the Brazilian Guilherme Silva (Koiranen GP), fourth and fifth respectively. Behind them the Jenzer Motorsports Kevin Joerg and Italian Kevin Gilardoni (GSK Grand Prix).Frenchman Nicolas Jamin entered the top-ten as well, at his debut in the Fast Lane Promotion Series on the returning AV Formula car, lining also another car for Norwegian Dennis Olsen.Good performance also for the two Euronova Racing drivers, Ukyo Sasahara and Gregor Ramsay (ninth and tenth), and Argentinean Marcos Siebert, one of Jenzer Motorsports new entries along the other Swiss Levin Amweg.The session was disrupted by several red flags, the most unfortunate being Joshua Raneri. Team Torino Motorsports driver seriously damaged his car hence being unable to carry on with his racing weekend. Some excursions on the grass also for Russian Denis Korneev (Jenzer Motorsport) and Frenchman Joffrey De Narda (Arta Engineering).Today's free practice session will be held between 9 and 9.40, while at 15.55 qualifying will start. On Saturday Race 1 is scheduled at 14.00 (25 minutes plus a lap). Sunday Race 2 is set for 10.40.
