Day 1 Storm Testing  - Lister Team News

The first day of a two day Le Mans Endurance Series test in the south of France for the LMP - a track with a long straight that is a similar length to the Mulsanne at Le Mans but with 'twiddly' bits at each end.

There is only one driver here with us for these two days - Tom Coronel - we will be working on testing the car rather than drivers.  Today the majority of the work was in fine-tuning the AGS (automatic gear shift system) - and, apart from this, the car ran excellently with no problems.    Tom's best time was set on tyres which had completed 40 laps - 8th overall but with only 1 second splitting the times from 2nd to 8th.    No time was set on new tyres.

Testing continues today - more news will follow then.
