Lola-Dome F3 action this weekend

The Lola-Dome of Danny Watts and the Promatecme team will be back in action at rounds 3 and 4 of the AVON Tyres British F3 Championship at Silverstone this weekend.

As an instructor at Silverstone Danny knows every square inch of the International circuit and will be looking to really kick start the season after being ruled out of the last round when he was taken off the circuit when avoiding a competitors accident.

"I can't wait!" said Danny. "I really want to do well this weekend as it is my home circuit, it is the home of the British Racing Drivers' Club and I want to do well for them as they are supporting my

racing, and it is a local track to Lola as well."

The 24 year old proved to be one of the fastest drivers during pre-season testing and is looking to build on that promise despite announcing a late deal to compete in the series. " We got straight back out after the Donington weekend when we tested at Snetterton during the FOTA test," he said. "We know that we have the potential to score top results this weekend so everyone is super motivated to really start taking the fight to the Dallara's."

As well as making waves on the track this weekend, Danny will also be popular in the paddock as he has announced that Milton Keynes gentlemen's club 'Smile' will be bringing along some of it's most spectacular employees to act as Danny's own personal grid girls for both races

"I am sure that the girls will spur me on!" said Danny ahead of the weekends activities.

Danny will qualify the Neil Brown prepared Mugen engined car today before the first of the 18 lap races begin on Sunday at 11.20.

Lola-Dome's will also be in action at Hockenheim this weekend as Coloni Motorsport's pairing of Christian Montanari and Toni Vilander take on Europe's finest in the opening rounds of the Euro F3 Series.
