Sir John Whitmore, a sometime Saloon Car Champion and a member of the Le Mans winning Ford works GT40 team, is a co-creator of an excitinginteractive conference in London, on May 19 - 21 which is titled 'Be TheChange'. Aimed at the public sector, companies, the scientific community,NGOs and individuals both old and young, for whom change has been eitherelusive or unsustainable, it is a response to widespread dissatisfactionwith education, politics, government, public services, business corporationsand the work / life balance of those whom they employ.
Sir John, a leading authority on coaching and author of 'Coaching ForPerformance', says, "Around 80% of all change initiatives fail but thisConference will help to ensure sustainable change so as to release the fullpotential of people and organisations that is more often talked about thanseen. Delegates will be able to participate in ground breaking dialogue withorganisations and people who attempt to shape the world in which we live".
