It will be a day of all-action racing when Spedeworth  Superstox take to the track to fight it out for the English Championship at Bovingdon Raceway on Sunday May 9th at 1.30pm.

The Superstox are firm favourites at Bovingdon and the star drivers of this fast and furious formula will be in attendance hoping to claim the title and lift the silverware on the day.  With a field of top names all eager to be first across the line the action will be non stop from the second the green flag waves to get the Superstox under way until the chequered flag waves over the winning car.

Adding to the day's action packed racing, the Lightning Rods will power around the circuit in Round 4 of the Budweiser sponsored racing series, delivering the kind of high speed bumper to bumper racing that has earned them the nick name "Frightening Rods."

While the Lightning Rods will be trying hard to avoid contact the Rookie Bangers will be doing just the opposite as they attempt to wrestle their stripped out old wrecks around the track and survive long enough to see the chequered flag raised in Round 3 of their track championship.

Rounding off the day's festival of racing the Stock Cars will hit the track and each other as the drivers put their car's heavy iron bumpers to good use around the Herts circuit.

With another four formula racing programme, free parking, and a great view of all the action from high-banked spectator areas, Bovingdon (situated off B4005 Bovingdon, Nr Hemel Hempstead, Herts, on the airfield complex) will provide more action packed racing when the green flag waves on May 9th
