ROR Perkins Slade Championship Round 2

Ellington Banks March 9th

RideoffroadUK are holding Round 2 of the Perkins Slade Intelligent Insurance Championship at the superb Ellington Banks facility in Ripon, North Yorkshire on Sunday March 9th. A large hard standing paddock always makes life much easier for all riders during this time of year. Signing on, catering, and the ROR spares shop will be housed in one of the MOD hangers. Access to the track is a short walk up a fire road where all the action will take place on the superb MOD driver training ranges.

The course will feature woodland going with some fast tracks, rolling hills and slopes; once used for tank testing, and some great sprint sections included which gives spectators a safe raised banking area to view from. Lap time should be around ten to twelve minutes for the average rider.

Entries have been pouring in for this event, there will be three races - Youth at 8.30am kick off for an hour and a half, first Adult event at 10.30am for 2 hours and then the fast lads start at 1.30pm for 2 hours (all times are approximate). This is a great course so don't miss it! Remember only registered club members are eligible to score Championship points and get cheaper entry fees. You can save hundreds of pounds per season at all our events by getting your membership done, and then you can ride on your personal race number all year, and ROR provide you with pre printed race backgrounds for your bike!
