NATIONAL League newcomers Devon stage the first competitive fixture of the 2014 season as they face Kent in the first round of the KO Cup on Saturday (7.15pm).The Demons have been brought into the third tier by the Plymouth promotion in order to progress riders for their Premier League plans, and most of their team have strong connections with the club.Tim Webster returns to the sport at No.1 for the home side with heat-leader back-up coming from Ben Reade and Lee Smart, whilst Simon Lambert makes his first appearance for Kent at the top of the order.The visitors also give a debut to 15-year-old Luke Harris, the reigning British Youth Grasstrack Champion, as Dan Blake is unavailable. The second leg of the tie takes place at Central Park on May 19.
