Positive FIA F3 test for Riccardo Agostini

Riccardo Agostini ended the two-day FIA F3 European Championship collective test at the Red Bull Ring track with a positive balance.

Scoring the best time - and third overall - during the first session on Tuesday morning, the Eurointernational team’s Italian driver carried on with the work started last week at the Hungaroring, finding the right setup in various conditions, during an uncertain rainy day which has affected the performance of the drivers on track.

One of the downpours came down just when Riccardo, with new tyres, was about to try to repeat his performance. Even in these condition the Agostini managed again to finish within the top-10, just four hundredths from the first of the Mercedes-powered single seaters (the same engine powering his Dallara F312).

In just over a week, during the April 19-20 weekend, at Silverstone, the first of the 11 rounds of the championship takes place.
