23 - VICTOR CARBONE

The work carried out by the technical group together with Victor was to principally improve the braking approach and learning the use of the hard compound Pirelli tire, the same mix that will be used during the first race of the Championship here in Barcelona. Both the first and second days were in addition used to better define the most suitable set up for Victor's driving, while during the afternoon of the second day, the last long run test was carried out before the start of the season.

DRIVER'S QUOTE:"Two days, and lots of km down. We had ups and downs in those two days, now is time to analyze everything, and put all of our best together when we come back here for the race. I feel much more comfortable with the car. We have tried race set up as well which is quite different from qualifying, and now we have almost 3 weeks to the first race. We had quite a lot of work in these two days so want to thanks the team for the hard work, and lets put it together when we come back here in 3 weeks!"

24 - ROMAN DE BEER

Two intense days of work were carried out where a series of different changes to the car were made in which Roman had to confront himself with a track he was not familiar with along with a some technical problems. Despite this, Roman and the Team brought forth the preset work with extreme professionalism being able to finish the PM session in P3 and to collect alot of data and valuable information in view of the first race of the season scheduled on May 10th on this track.

DRIVER'S QUOTE:"We had really big problems Day 1 with technical difficulties which we only discovered yesterday afternoon. Unfortunately it did put us on the back foot. Day 2 was much better as the problems were solved. We will work hard and do our best. Thank you to the mechanics and engineer for working thru the night solving the problems".

25 - DENIS NAGULIN

During these two test days in Barcelona, the work to adapt Denis' driving to the one-seater started in Jerez de la Frontera last week continued. Both days were principally focused on the exploration of different set up variables in order to find the right car balance with the hard Pirelli tires. Thanks to the precious indications from the driver, in the late morning of the second day, we were able to define the right condition of the one-seater therefore, in the afternoon, the Team was able to concentrate their attention on the long rus test in order to verify the car's behavior on several laps, as well as dedicate themselves to a qualifying test to improve the performance with the new tyre.
