Same Dejonghe (Virtuosi UK) set the fastest laptime of the day in 1’17”956 at the end of the first session of free practice at Le Castellet.

In the second event of the 2014 season, the Belgian driver cruised at the top of the timing sheets in front of Marrakech’s race winners Markus Pommer (Super Nova) and Kimiya Sato (Euronova).

Fourth place went to Tamas Pal Kiss (Zele Racing), joined as teammate this time by Japanese Yoshitaka Kuroda.

Italian Andrea Roda rounded out the top-5 for Virtuosi UK to beat Michela Cerruti (Super Nova), who only raced at Paul Ricard with GT cars.

Both the Eurotech’s cars were not too far away, with Kevin Giovesi in front of Loris Spinelli for P7 and P8.

The top-10 was rounded out by Kuroda and Giuseppe Cipriani (Ibiza Racing Team).
