On Thursday, May 22, beginning at 2:30 p.m. the starting field of drivers for the 98th Running of the Indianapolis 500 Mile Race will be available for interviews during Indianapolis 500 media day. Media day will be held in the North Chalet, located near the Pagoda Plaza at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway.

The 33-driver field will be divided into two groups; Group 1 from 2:30 p.m.-3:30 p.m. and Group 2 from 3:40 p.m.-4:40 p.m. This will be the final, official opportunity for the media to speak with the drivers before the Indianapolis 500 on Sunday, May 25. Each driver will be available to journalists for one hour.

The drivers will be placed in the following groups:

Group 1: 2:30-3:30 p.m. Group 2: 3:40-4:40 p.m.

2014 ticket information: Ticket information is available for the three remaining events in 2014 at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway - the 98th Running of the Indianapolis 500 Mile Race, Kroger Super Weekend at the Brickyard and Red Bull Indianapolis GP.

Fans can order tickets at www.ims.com/tickets, by calling 800-822-INDY or 317-492-6700 between 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. (ET) Monday through Friday or by visiting the Ticket Office at the IMS Administration Building at the corner of Georgetown Road and 16th Street between 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. (ET) Monday through Friday.
