Minardi Management, Giovanni Minardi and talent-scout Alberto Tonti aim to help the path to professionalism for young drivers evolving from karting.

This season their experience is at the disposal of 16 year-old Brazilian Joao Ricardo Queiroz Vieira who is ready to debut in the field of open-wheel cars starting from the newly formed Italian F.4 Championship powered by Abarth.

After the successful participation in collective tests, with the colours of Antonelli Motorsport, Joao will be at the wheel of a Tatuus F4 T014, with an Abarth engine of 1400cc supercharged with 160 Hp.

Giovanni Minardi “I'm really happy to work alongside Joao. Since the first contact with Tatuus F4, he has showed a great feeling, constantly lowering times. We must not forget that he comes from Kart and that he will be at his debut on the track in Adria”.

Engines will be started today, Saturday June 7th, with the two free practice sessions scheduled at 9 am and 12 pm. Afterwards, in the afternoon, it will be the turn of the two qualifying sessions scheduled from 4 pm, which will determine the starting grid of the two rounds of competition (28 '+ 1 Lap) with start on Sunday June 8th, at 9 am and 17 pm.
