Two races in a row for Luca Casadei, the young Italian talent, who took his first podium of the season last weekend on the Belgian track of Spa in the Renault Clio International Challenge.
This Sunday, the Italian Renault Clio Cup’s next round will be held on the French track of Dijon where Luca would like to be a front runner again.
Luca Casadei
“I’m very enthusiastic after the positive race in Spa. I haven’t been able thus far to prove my potential in the Italian series but I hope that Dijon will be the place where I can prove it. My understanding of the Clio gets better and better with each race and the team manager Michel Rangoni’s advice is always very precious.
I know that in order to fight for the leading positions, I need to set a good qualifying time. Otherwise, I’ll be stuck in the middle of the confusion with the other cars and may risk getting hit (like it has happened before) and may get the short end of the stick.”
