With a new engine in the LMP, all the drivers got a chance to spend good time in the car; John less than the other two.  The qualifying time was set by Casper early in the second session putting the Storm 15th on the grid;  our intention was never to compete for the places at the front although, interestingly, just before midnight, John set the 4th fastest time of the day through the speed trap - but he was not surprised.

Friday is a day of 'rest' - preparing the car for the start of the race on Saturday.  Warm-up at 9am, race start at 4pm
