SEAT Leon Eurocup to partner again with GT Sport series in 2015

After an extremely successful launch in 2014, the SEAT Leon Eurocup will again be part of GT Sport-promoted race weekends in 2015. The mono-brand trophy based on the spectacular Leon Cup Racer has expanded its calendar to seven rounds for 2015, and will share six of them (one more than in 2014), with the GT Sport-promoted series, the International GT Open and the Euroformula Open.

The six rounds will be: Paul Ricard, Estoril, Silverstone, Red Bull Ring, Monza and Barcelona.

Jesús Pareja, CEO of GT Sport, commented:

“We are delighted that the SEAT Leon Eurocup will continue to be an instrumental feature in our race package in 2015, benefiting of the premium tracks, the good schedule positioning and the TV production we can offer. I thank SEAT Sport for their trust and excellent cooperation and look forward to a very exciting second season of the SEAT Leon Eurocup”.
