GP RACING PREPARES FOR SPA WITH A TEST SESSION IN MISANO

The Venetian team GP Racing, currently  in the lead of the championship with Fabrizio Del Monte,  decided on  an intense test session to help them tackle the next round of the Superfund Euro 3000 series in Spa.

GP Racing’s three race car drivers: Fabrizio Del Monte, Maxime Hodencq and Tor Graves were busy with this session on Tuesday  on the Misano Adriatico track.

 The team concentrated on finding the best aerodynamic set up for the very fast Spa circuit. 

There was only one inconvenience that day: the telemetry showed that Del Monte’s engine wasn’t as powerful as before. They solved this problem by replacing the engine of his car.

“I’m very optimistic about the race in Spa. The test session in Misano was very important for us to prepare the car. I hope that Del Monte fortifies his leadership and that Hodencq confirms his progress in Spa. Above all, I hope that Tor Graves finally gets the satisfaction of cutting the finish line.

Tor’s debut this season has been unlucky seeing that he was always involved in accidents that weren’t caused by him. I believe that the moment has come for him in Spa. I think that all of his hard work will bear its fruit this weekend.”
