Fresh from winning the hearts of thousands of motorsport fans at the famous Le Mans 24 Hours race, the fabulous Morgan Works Aero 8 GT race car is making a rare public appearance in the Bedford area at the end of July.

The unique car, which won a place in racing history when it completed the gruelling race against all the odds, will be on display at the showrooms of Cranfield-based Morgan dealer, Allon White Sports Cars, which is staging an open day on July 31st.

Managing Director John Bellenger of Allon White Sports Cars comments:

“We are really delighted to have this very special car with us so soon after it took on the world at Le Mans. It will make the weekend one to remember for Morgan aficionados and for fans of British sports cars in general.”

As well as a close up view of the famous racing car, visitors will also see the latest models from the hand-crafted range of Morgan road cars, including the sensational new Roadster V6.

Representatives of the Team,  who waged a 2 year crusade to take the relatively tiny Morgan Works team to Le Mans will also be on hand to talk to guests about the experience of racing in the world’s toughest race.
