Motors TV Weekend Highlights April 25/26

There’s only one place to catch all the best action from two and four wheels this weekend. That’s right, The High Speed Television Channel!
First and foremost, we’ll be bringing you our usual daily highlights from round four of the FIA World Rally Championship, which takes place on the rugged roads of Argentina. Current championship leader, Sebastien Ogier, goes into this event with the potential to equal the other Seb’s record of six consecutive wins – that’s Seb Loeb for those of you living under a rock until now. However, as the only round on the calendar he has never won, the Frenchman will have to pull out all the stops to take victory in Latin America. No pressure, Seb (Ogier)!
It’s the perfect time of year to head to the South of France, isn’t it? Well, the lucky so-and-sos of Euroformula Open are doing just that this weekend at Paul Ricard. Konstantin Tereschenko’s sensational lights-to-flag victory at Jerez sees the Russian leading the championship standings going into the second round of the series.
Paul Ricard also plays host to the International GT Open curtain raiser this weekend. Pro and Am drivers get the chance to show off their skills behind the wheel of a variety of GT machinery such as Maseratis, Aston Martins, Ferraris and Porsches.
The esteemed Italian marque’s Maserati Trofeo also gets underway this weekend at, you guessed it, Paul Ricard. It’s a level playing field in this championship as all drivers climb aboard the same car and battle it out on track for overall glory.
With 36-year-old Valentino Rossi silencing all the doubters with two wins already under his belt in the 2015 MotoGP Championship, it makes you wonder: where did he learn to be so good? The Italian Motorcycle Road Racing Championship, that’s where. Tune in to our delayed-as-live coverage of all four classes this weekend as the new season kicks off at Misano. You may well be watching a future megastar in action!
We’ve also got full live coverage from round five of the FIM MXGP World Championship, as well as highlights from the FIM Enduro World Championship in Chile, the ultimate endurance test on two wheels.
With all of that and more on the schedule this weekend, there’s only one place to be.
