TW Steel DMAX Championship Roars At Whilton Mill‏

An impressive total of 130 drivers battled it out at Daventry's Whilton Mill last Sunday 19 April for Round Three of the TW Steel DMAX Championship. Qualifying for the Endurance Series saw up to 20 drivers split by less than a second as the drivers were still getting to grips with the new 2015 Rotax Max Evo engines.  The Heats' drivers enjoyed incredibly close racing, sometimes too close, as they too were getting familiar with the more powerful machines.
2015 TW Steel DMAX Lights racer, Ade Holder enthuses "Whilton Mill is an intense track, fast flowing and the perfect venue for a DMAX round. The new karts once again made the racing even closer but I think the award for the biggest battle goes to the Heavy Heats guys!" He continues, "Right from practice to the final; Whilton Mill was non-stop and full tilt! The track is really fast, the new karts are really fast and the racing was intense."
Full reports and tables are available and can be viewed here- in the meantime, Daytona Motorsport would like to congratulate the following podium finishers:
