Streak ends: Prior to the German Grand Prix, Rubens Barrichello was the only driver to finish in the points in all of the first 11 races of the season. But in Germany, he had an accident on Lap 1 and had to pit for a new front wing. That dropped him to last place. He worked his way up to ninth but finished 12th after a tire problem on the last lap.
