Matthieu Vaxiviere joins Formula Renault 2.0 ALPS with Arta Engineering

For the upcoming second round of the 2015 Formula Renault 2.0 ALPS, due in two weeks time on the 15/16/17 May weekend on the street circuit in Pau, team Arta Engineering will field the talented Matthieu Vaxivière.

The young French, this year involved with Lotus in F.Renault 3.5, will make his comeback in the series where he debuted back in 2012 seizing third overall on Pau, and joining two further events on the following season.

For the Arnaud Tanguy led team, Vaxivière is likely to represent the right man to aim for top positions in the most challenging event of the season. The 2760 meters long street circuit close to the Pyrenees is in fact by far the most tricky circuit of the season.

Vaxivière, started his 2015 season in F.Renault 3.5 with a staggering pole position and a Race 2 win in Alcañiz and is thus likely to be among the protagonists in this second venue of the Formula Renault 2.0 ALPS championship. Along with him, there will still be the Australian James Allen who will join all the upcoming rounds still with Arta Engineering, and that already managed in Imola to be in the top ten.
