The  value of testing showed in yesterday's practice sessions at Spa - changes since Silverstone were tested at Snetterton last week.  There was only 1 ½ hours of free practice so the Storm LMP remained on the set-up it arrived with and the team concentrated on testing different compounds of Dunlop tyres plus allowing Marc to acclimatize himself to the car.

Justin was 5th fastest in the morning's session - a mistake on his fast lap meant what should have been a 2.08.5 ended up a 2.09.2 - the faster time would have put him 4th fastest with just two Audis and one Zytek ahead of the Storm.  In the afternoon's practice, the traffic never 'fell right' for him and he had no clear laps - however, his time of 1.10.2 was 7th fastest.

There are two qualifying sessions today (3/4 hour each), the first at 9.45, the second at 14.45.  The race, which starts at 13.00 (12.00 in the UK) will be shown live on Motors TV (cable & satellite) with a short insert on ITV's Speed Sunday.
