Round 3: Shenington, 10-11 September

Scott Allen clinched his first British title at Shenington, starting with fastest in timed qualifying followed up by two heat wins on a soaking wet Saturday.

Sunday dawned sunny and dry, with Allen leading the first final until Dan Kelly executed a masterful lunge into the last hairpin.

For the second final Allen made a perfect start and held off Dan Kelly throughout to take the win. Guest driver Tom Longfield showed good pace keeping in touch with the leading duo.
