The Awning Company MSA British Junior Kart Championship

Round 3: PF International 23-25 September 2016

Jonathan Hoggard only needed to finish last for the British Junior title and his CIK-FIA World Championship entry. He did a few laps before pulling out of the first final.

At the front Max Jeanne, Morgan Porter and Chris Lulham battled hard for the win. From the lead Jeanne ran wide in the second hairpin, leaving Lulham to take the win. For the second final the fight resumed now including Mark Kimber.

Hoggard dropped clear of the pack and then put in a succession of fastest laps, staying out of trouble. After much trading of the lead Porter pulled off a winning move over the bridge leaving Kimber to defend second against Jeanne, Lulham and Roman Haskett. That result sealed Porter’s vice-champion slot.
