Spedeworth South (www.spedeworth.co.uk) will be setting the track on fire with the awesome 2.0 Hot Rods, Rookie Bangers and Stock Cars and setting the sky ablaze with £5,000 fireworks spectacular with the Gala Night event at Wimbledon Stadium on October 31 at 6pm.
The rapid, non-contact 2.0 Hot Rods will be in action to settle their London Championship. Sheer courage and driving ability are required in equal amounts as the pilots power around Plough Lane (often three abreast) with mere inches between each car and a very expensive visit to the safety fence. With the London Championship up for grabs expect the pedal to planted very firmly to the metal on Gala Night.
While the Hot Rod drivers will be attempting to keep their cars apart the Stock Car drivers will be doing just the opposite as they spin and barge each other off their racing line to be first under the flag to claim their European Championship. A grid of star drivers all determined to hoist the trophy at the end of the race is guaranteed to deliver some memorable full-contact action from the heavily armoured machines.
Rounding off the night's action on terra firma the Rookie Bangers will hit the track and each other as their drivers crash and batter around the circuit, hoping to both remove their racing opponents and survive long enough to see the chequered flag wave.
There will be fireworks of a different kind when Spedeworth South light up the south London sky with a massive £5,000 firework display.
With all-action racing, two titles to be settled on the night, plus a spectacular firework display, Spedeworth South delivers another value for money night out for all the family at Wimbledon Stadium, Britain's finest stock car racing circuit.
