Important progress for N.Technology
N.Technology's development programme concluded on a high yesterday at the Circuito Ricardo Tormo, Valencia in Spain with driver James Thompson posting the afternoon's fastest lap.
Taking part in its first official FIA World Touring Car Championship (WTCC) test with the Honda Accord Euro R Super 2000, developed together with JAS Motorsport, the N.Technology team made steady progress throughout the two-day testing session as Thompson explained:
"This week's trackside work has been really encouraging," said the British driver who completed 83 laps today. "There are a few things that will need working on back at the factory, but otherwise we're really pleased with our progress.
"The team's dedicated spirit really helped towards doing so well today; a lot of thinking has gone on over the past two days to ensure we are at our most competitive for next month's races in Valencia."
The N.Technology team now looks to its racing debut on 17-18 May at the Spanish track of Valencia.
