Star Mazda looking to attract ..

New international drivers

The Star Mazda Championship presented by Goodyear currently has an ad  running in Autosport that is part of a multi-faceted effort to attract new drivers internationally. 

This ad is being run in conjunction with, iRacing.com, the Official Simulation Service of the series and directs interested parties to a new area on the StarMazda.com/newdriver

This 'landing page' offers a comprehensive overview of the Star Mazda Championship and the opportunity to sign up for a free month-long virtual test drive of the Star Mazda race car on a number of the tracks – both road courses and ovals -- that the series will visit in 2009. 

Additional elements of this new driver program, as well as other unique opportunities presented by the Star Mazda/iRacing partnership, are under development and will be announced in coming weeks.
