A huge entry of Ferrari 250 GTO's will be running at this weekends Silverstone Classic - reputed to be the biggest 250 GTO entry since period racing of these cars in the sixties. In addition the fantastic Ferrari 250 GT Breadvan is racing - any excuse to show some footage. Ok - it's not a GTO but the gorgeous Breadvan 250 GT practicing at Goodwood last year - but who cares - turn up the speakers.

We shall be going along to the Silverstone Classic to support Allan Rennie - who will be racing his unique Lotus 35 Martin V8 F1 car in the Grand Prix Masters (1966 – 1978 GP Cars) race. So a 260 BHP Lotus 35 will be competing against a 520? BHP Lotus 80!! There naturally will be quite a significant power/downforce deficit for Allan to deal with(!) - but I'm sure he'll have great fun driving the full GP circuit.
