COYS had yet another successful auction at the Nurburgring during this years AVD Oldtimer Grand Prix.
Amongst the highlights were €98,090 for lot 247, a 1993 Italdesign Aztec Barchetta with only 65 kilometres on the clock from new.
Chris Routledge the managing Director of COYS said: “ The Oldtimer Classic is the Grandfather of all historic events in Europe. It is always amazing and our auctions are always successful and this year was no exception.
He added:” Several cars including the Aztec sold very well, the auction room was packed and we sold out of catalogues.”
Other highlights included: “ €310,700 for lot 236 a 2007 Gumpert Apollo Sport which held the Top Gear television programme power lap record having been driven by “The Stig.” With a lap time of 1.17.7.
€226,775 was paid for lot 214 a 1968 Lamborghini Miura P 400 S-Specification which was offered at no reserve.
