Initial line up includes EUR million plus of exotic machinery
COYS expect around 100 cars to be auctioned at their annual auction, which takes place at the Auto moto D Epoca in Padova, Northern Italy on October 24th.
Cars have been sourced from across Europe including the former eastern block countries and more than 1,000 dealers and collectors are expected to attend
Cars already entered in the sale include a 1958 Ferrari 250 GT - Estimate: EUR 400,000 - EUR 450,000;
a 1952 Mercedes-Benz 300 d 4-Door Convertible with bespoke trailer- One noble family owner from new - Estimate: EUR 130,000 - EUR 160,000;
a 1960 Alfa Romeo Giuliette Spyder Veloce - one of the rare and sought after Veloce Spyders in beautiful original condition with fresh paint - Estimate: EUR 40,000 - EUR 45,000;
a 1948 Fiat 1100 Vignale Superleggera Coupe - a very rare coach built Fiat Coupe - Estimate: EUR 35,000 - EUR 40,000;
a 1952 Alfa Romeo 1900 Sprint Coupe by Touring in beautifully restored condition - Estimate: EUR 80,000 - EUR 90,000;
a 1962 Fiat OSCA 1600 S Cabriolet - Estimate: EUR 18,000 - EUR 22,000
and a 1972 MV Agusta 1972 in stunning condition - Estimate: EUR 35,000 - 42,000.
"Cars are being entered all the time," said Gregor Wenner, who runs COYS Italy, " We are expecting many more high quality entrants and believe we will end up with around 100 cars going under the hammer."
He added: " This is a classic show for classic cars and it always attracts a superb cross section of vehicles from the ever popular Fiat 500 to much more exotic machinery and automobilia which this year will include original Maserati 300 and 450S engine parts."
