POPULAR Pole Adam Skornicki has this morning left hospital in Manchester to return to his home country. The Wolves star suffered serious facial injuries in a horror crash during last night's thrilling 45-45 draw at Belle Vue.Promoter Chris Van Straaten said: "It was a bizarre and very, very nasty injury, something I have never seen before."Adam was kept in hospital overnight and has had treatment on his face, which is very badly damaged."He cannot even talk right now because of the extent of the injuries so he has sent us a text to say he is on his way home to be with his family and to have more treatment."The positive news is that the knee injury isn't serious, there is no lasting damage there. At this stage we cannot say how long he is likely to be out."
