Round 4: July 31-August 1
Stephen Hiatt secured victory in round four of the Britpart MSA British Cross-Country Championship after two days of tough competition in Radnor forest. Round three winner Martin Gould recorded four fastest times on day one to establish a comfortable overnight lead of 1m25s. He then began day two with another quick run but was cruelly halted on the second test by a broken track rod.Hiatt therefore took the lead aboard his Warrior Indy and went on to claim a 17-second win over Tim Dilworth. "We’ve had a good weekend with no dramas," said Hiatt. "The course was really good, a real off-road course that tested the crews and was very enjoyable."
