Junior Lotus Team Lotus driver Nelson Panciatici will return to his first love, the karting at the next 25th 24h du Mans on the circuit Alain Prost from the 25th to the 29th of August.

As a former kartman in high level competition (driver for CRG in the European Championship, World Champion by team in 2004 with SODI), it didn’t take long for Nelson to accept the invitation of his friend Nils Bernardet to share the wheel of the KF2 which he drives in the Euro-Endurance Championship for team DRK Motorsport, hosted by Laurent Daumard and sponsored by ASK ROSNY 93.

Nils and Nelson will share their tub with the second driver in the Junior Team Lotus Formula Renault 3.5, Russian Danii Move, as well as Pierre Combot (vice-champion of France Elite in 2003), before joining single-seaters

DRK Motorsport will be racing with DR RACING which belongs to Italian driver Danilo Rossi (5 times world champion). Rossi, who became a manufacturer at the beginning of 2009, sent two types of chassis to find the most appropriate equipment,  during two days of extensive tests at the end of July on the tracks of Le Mans.
